After the old, damaged floor has been removed, the new floor must now be installed. A recheck of the water source is usually done to make sure that there is no water leaking and that there isn’t any chance of more water damage to the new floor.

Finishing off

Finishing touches are provided on the new floor. It is sanded, polished, stained, and coated to give it a professional and presentable look.
